The Coca-Cola Company Process Engineer in Depok, Indonesia

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, coordinate and implement CAPEX investments, equipment installations & process improvement projects for production area. Scope includes hands-on site acceptance tests, commissioning, installation qualification, operational qualification and performance reviews.

  • Review and improve the manufacturing processes to ensure effective and efficient practices are executed. Recommend, innovate and implement revised methods and processes in the plant. Also track process equipment performance, evaluate performance against key business indicators targets and identify steps to attain desired level of performance.

  • Trouble-shoot and resolve technical problems for all manufacturing work centres and plant facilities. Include facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions as required in the project's various phases as well as in day-to-day corrective operation related issues.

  • Provide support related to mechanical/electrical aspect to another production activities in the plant.

  • Provide ideas to improve manufacturing processes include bring new technologies and provide new options

  • Responsible for decisions related to the management of the projects related to design, construction, critical path, equipment validation and commissioning of process equipment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience is essential. Particularly in the areas of project execution, equipment installation, commissioning, and validation, preferably in a food manufacturing industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering enhancements to systems is required

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning and organizing.

  • Effective influencing skills.

  • Ability to identify problems, determine root causes and implement preventative measures.

  • In-depth knowledge of PIDs, pipefitting, electrical systems, mechanics, controls, pumps, mixers, fillers, compressors, welding, and general building repair.

  • Willingness to take ownership of maintaining operational equipment and a sense of pride in the results of work.

  • An individual who is team-oriented, enthusiastic, and has a positive attitude.

  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
