The Coca-Cola Company Trainee Lawyer in Athens, Greece
We are looking for a young energetic law student or recent graduate for an internship at Coca-Cola Hellas S.A. to support legal work in South-East Europe.
It is a unique opportunity to gain experience as an in-house lawyer at one of the most renowned international companies, boasting over 136 years of tradition.
This role entails working on cases from the Mediterranean (including Greece, Cyprus, and Malta) and the Balkan region (among others, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia), extending to a wider European geography. If you are particularly interested in marketing, competition, consumer protection, contract, employment, and privacy law, do not hesitate to apply!
What will be your main responsibilities?
Supporting the work of the South-East Europe Legal Counsel and the wider European Legal team, in particular:
Contracts and T&Cs review, marketing materials review and approval
Review of basic privacy documents and guidance to marketing and digital teams for South-East Europe
Legislation and case law research
Day-to-day assistance on legal matters to other functions of the organization
What characteristics are we looking for? You are the right fit if you are:
Student in the final year of studies or a recent graduate
Fluent in English and Greek
Additional language skills would be a plus
Knowledgeable in Greek and EU law
Familiarity with the law of any other South East European jurisdiction is an advantage
