The Coca-Cola Company Director of Vendor Governance in Atlanta, Georgia

This position is a direct report to the Senior Director, IT Vendor Governance and is responsible for leading and managing the governance and oversight of the company's Application Managed Services third-party vendors. This position will ensure that vendor relationships are managed effectively and efficiently, in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Director will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships and will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in vendor governance processes and practices.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Develop and maintain vendor governance policies, procedures, and frameworks.

  • Monitor vendor performance, including conducting regular reviews and audits, and ensuring service level agreements are met.

  • Maintain relationships with key vendors.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement and Technology Services Leadership to identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.

  • Drive continuous improvement in vendor governance processes and practices, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in vendor governance, vendor management, or a related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to vendor management, including but not limited to GDPR, SOX, and OCC.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex vendor relationships and contracts.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience with vendor management software and tools.

Position Details:

Hybrid work schedule - 2 - 3 days per week in person and 2 - 3 days virtual in a 5-day work week

Individual contributor role - no direct reports
