The Coca-Cola Company Production Analyst I in Ciudad de México, Mexico

At The Coca-Cola Company, we're searching for a Process Analyst to join our team in CPSMX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support to the continual improvement, validations, and operational standards for the manufacturing section. We aim to find someone capable of analyzing and developing reports providing on-time data for decision-making concerning production procedures.

What You'll Do For Us

The key duties for this role, listed in order of importance, will include: - Providing validation support for manufacturing equipment, parts, and revalidations while managing the OEE database to update, trends and behaviors of production lines. - Identifying critical constraints in manufacturing procedures (mixing and filling). - Maintaining and carrying out updates of all production line material cycle time records. - Assisting in implementing OE and Lean Manufacturing tools. - Keeping performance standards in the manufacturing area updated and proposing improvements in the area.

What Are The Qualifications Needed?

This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in Manufacturing/Warehouse/Operations/Logistics/Quality Control. Candidates must have knowledge in manufacturing procedures, KPI data analysis, SAP, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). They should also be proficient in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma and have a good command of technical English and KORE and ISO quality norms (9000,14000,45000). bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Food Engineering.
