What You'll Do for Us:

  • Design, develop and implement a business development strategy and sales programs for the organization's products and services and for better execution at point of sale.

  • Leading the development of key account strategies and customer marketing plans and identifying areas of improvement/business model change for long term sustainability.

  • Directing the development of commercial leadership strategy with focus on enhancing value for customers and ensuring that customers have the right product and package offerings and the right promotional tools.

  • Maintaining and constantly improving the organization's competitive position. Developing and executing supply chain strategies and capabilities.

  • Establishing and managing cross-functional, cross-regional and cross-business unit teams to design and implement end-to-end supply chain capabilities and strategies based on business plans and objectives, new product introduction or business opportunities.

  • Evaluating the findings of market research or analysis projects.

  • Being responsible for development and implementation of customer relationship management expansion strategy.

  • Identifying the people and technology capabilities required to deliver desired customer experiences in market.

  • Contributing to the development of short-term operational plans and strategies for capabilities development.

  • Ensuring alignment of business priorities and sales/customer accounts/commercial leadership.

  • Identifying and resolving highly complex strategic and operating issues.

  • Building strategic framework and processes to increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A University Degree (Master) in Business or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of prior relevant experience.

  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing business development strategies and sales programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead the development of key account strategies and customer marketing plans.

  • Experience in directing the development of commercial leadership strategies with a focus on enhancing value for customers.

  • Proven track record in maintaining and improving an organization's competitive position, as well as developing and executing supply chain strategies and capabilities.

  • Experience in establishing and managing cross-functional, cross-regional, and cross-business unit teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate the findings of market research or analysis projects.

  • Experience in developing and implementing customer relationship management expansion strategies.

  • Proven ability to identify the people and technology capabilities required to deliver desired customer experiences in the market.

  • Experience in contributing to the development of short-term operational plans and strategies for capabilities development.

  • Experience in building strategic frameworks and processes to increase customer satisfaction.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and staff functions associated with the management of an organization's tactical direction, business strategies, and operational oversight.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions made by leadership within own job function and others outside of own job function on policies, practices, and procedures.
