We are seeking a Manager of Operational Excellence who is ready to define, facilitate, and lead the development and implementation of lean-driven Operational Excellence strategies. What You'll Do for Us
Define, facilitate, and lead the development and implementation of lean-driven Operational Excellence strategies, programs, and Program Management Office (PMO) framework.
Identify, plan, and implement organization process improvements to reduce costs, defects/errors, rework, etc.
Introducing new methods and processes to improve product/service quality and customer satisfaction.
Promote and share best practices that sustain business process improvement across the organization
Lead key projects in the plant, region or global level applying lean/six sigma techniques and coordinating a multicultural team.
Build strategic and value-added partnerships with internal and external customers.
Define and implement effective training, mentoring and coaching strategies and programs for associates.
Facilitate and lead Business Excellence Assessment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of food and/or manufacturing integrated environment work experience, leading Lean/Operational Excellence experience.
Excellent understanding of lean manufacturing and world class manufacturing concepts.
Strong Lean-driven Operational Excellence knowledge with proven practical experience in the use and application of lean principles and tools.
Proven Project Management capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in people management, in a people-focused, team-based environment.
Ability to manage multiple conflicting demands and to prioritize accordingly.
Strong demonstrated experience in change management.
Excellent Negotiation and Influencing skills.
Excellent Decision-Making Skills.
Excellent communication skills.
High level of PC literacy, SAP, Microsoft etc.
