Function -Strategy

What You'll Do for Us:

This role orchestrates the localization of Global Strategy (How to Win locally), ensuring the OU organization wiring is aligned towards a common growth agenda. By leading the OU and fostering the portfolio strategy development, this role ensures the System wins in the local market. This will require the following:

Collaborate to Localize Strategy

  • Localize the global strategy, defining how to win by channel / customer/ region, and identifying long-term strategic opportunities, including whitespace opportunities and challenges

  • Leverage high-level competitive insights to facilitate robust decision making, wiring the OU together and connecting with the broader TCCC network

  • Foster dialogue among Category teams to develop and align an effective Portfolio Strategy, ensuring initiatives are prioritized and resources allocated towards the growth opportunities

Support Planning Process:

  • Partner with Finance to orchestrate an end to end business planning process for the OU and Bottling Partners, working cross-functionally and coordinating with global office (serving as the 'integrator')

  • Serve as in-house consultant:

  • Act as an 'in house' consultancy partner, structuring and leading ad-hoc cross-functional analysis or projects to support the OU Lead

Drive strategy to action

Partner with EWI to prioritize enterprise-driven transversal initiatives in the OU

Interface with Platform Services Center, Franchise Strategy Leads and OU Functions to operationalize strategy end-to-end

Work Focus

  • Ability to integrate multiple insights and complex issues through a broad and holistic approach, defining the strategic direction for the business and leading to actionable solutions

  • Partners with senior leaders to orchestrate and wire the strategy and solution deployment, prioritizing efforts, influencing, aligning and engaging key stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

  • +15 years of experience in several Business Development roles, such as Strategy, Planning, Insights, Consulting, PMO, among others

  • Proven trajectory as leader of others, cross functional teams' coordination and alignment, and influencing senior leadership team

Communication Focus

This role is responsible for communicating internally across the different OU leaders to effectively disseminate the OU strategy and supporting insights, as well as to build alignment on OU priorities and key initiatives. This can involve negotiating internally, sometimes pushing against opposing interests

This role should foster dialogue among category teams to support CMO's management of overall category portfolio
