Location/Travel: This position requires candidates to live in the Southern California region with 50% travel; position will be virtual/remote when not traveling.
Prepares detailed production schedules in accordance with required volumes, plant capacity and materials availability; controls actual figures of production and prepares schedule adjustments; develops and analyzes lists of raw materials required for production. Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area; ability to execute highly complex or specialized work; may serve as a working team lead and/or supervise 1 or 2 lower level para-professionals.
Function Related Activities
Review SAP transaction process to ensure data is accurately posted
Generate daily/weekly/monthly SAP reports for management review and corrective action
Assist in filing & record maintenance of SAP departmental data
Train SAP Power and End users as needed in SAP process
Assist in documentation for The Coca-Cola Management System
Provide support to the Finance Dept. to complete all required month end activities
File/sort as needed SAP records & reports in accordance with the record retention policy
Develop and provide support documentation of SAP procedures and presentations
Assist in Inventory Controls activities related to SAP and SOX requirements
Assist in leading SAP improvement plans/initiatives
Trouble shooting SAP roadblocks to appropriate resources for timely resolution
Primary contact for SAP support issues
Update Reason Codes for daily P.O. attainment
Assist plant with closing SAP gaps identified on Daily SAP Scorecard
Resolve delays associated with closing out Blend Process orders
Resolve delays associated with closing out Finished Goods Process orders
Provide support for receiving raw ingredients and packaging
Provide support for Cycle Counting with a focus on packaging supplies
Attend meetings and conference calls for P.O. attainment, SAP production execution, etc.
Comply with all standard operating procedures and requirements. Must be able to identify deficiencies within area of responsibility and implement or recommend appropriate corrective actions. Participate in team assignments.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Related Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in complex, high-volume supply chain operations; beverage/food industry experience is highly preferred
Must have skills using MS Office including Word and Excel
Solid understanding of SAP production execution process (Warehouse/Materials/Production & QA)
Must have current SAP skills and knowledge
Strong knowledge in inventory controls processes
