Here's some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Give strategic support to the PACS Lead - Ecuador & PerĂº, monitoring and anticipating regulatory risks, supporting plans and alignment with bottlers (activities and DMI), leading the execution of sustainably initiatives and building different way to report and communicate. Position requires monitoring regional news, political developments, tracks legislation relevant to TCCC, and addresses implications for TCCC.

  • Manage DME to ensure efficient allocation of resources while maximizing business impact. Manage and coordinate PR and communications agencies on the day to day PACS operation. Report the key activity execution and results by sharing them among the system to improve action plans with learnings.

  • This role has main responsibilities in Ecuador & PerĂº with a high possibility to participate in regional scalable projects for Latin America.

  • External interaction with research, advertising, media and BTL agencies.

  • Heavy influencing of senior level members of the system.

  • Day to day interaction with Operations, Marketing, HR, Technical, Finance among others

  • Event Coordination: The ability to coordinate the logistics necessary to plan for and execute the tasks needed to create a successful visit, meeting or event.

General Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Spanish

  • 5 years of experience working with Public Affairs / External Affairs / Corporate Affairs function in Multinational Companies. Experience working in cross functional projects and demonstrating teamwork skills. Experience working with sustainable or corporate responsibility programs is preferred.

  • The capability to establish and build solid relationships with relevant audiences at all management levels

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

  • Full digital and social media engagement-Proficient

  • The ability to process multiple types of information, perform multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to analyze complex documents and regulatory initiatives
