Job Summary

As a communications professional you bring your passion for creating engaging content for internal and external audiences to work each day and there is no better place to do that with than an iconic brand like Coca-Cola. In this role you'll be the mastermind behind leading an integrated approach to the development and implementation of our communications plans that advance awareness of the company's business strategy and impact internally and externally. You'll work proactively to find stories that support an established company narrative with a focus on bringing to life innovation, sustainability, community involvement and total beverage portfolio stories across various forms of media. We're looking for someone with a public relations background, who embraces digital trends, has an independent thinking approach and possesses the ability to be cool under pressure.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Lead the development of a corporate narrative that is responsive to the external landscape and addresses the business agenda.

  • Develop a holistic channel strategy to ensure that narrative messages are effectively delivered with impact to both internal and external target audience.

  • Strengthen and maintain good relationship with journalists and influencers to enhance the organization's public image.

  • Lead the development and continual update of the organization's PR library, ensuring it is well-organized and accessible, to serve as a comprehensive repository for all public relations materials and resources.

  • Manage internal and external PR activities in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated and strategic communication efforts.

  • Collaborate with the organization's communications network to develop and manage a content calendar for owned media, aligning it with major milestones and strategic initiatives.

  • Regularly monitor, analyze and report on media results, providing insights that reflect the effectiveness of communication efforts and inform future strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5+ years of previous working experience in public relations for large global company, or international PR agency.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the media landscape and strong relationships with key influential media outlets.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful public relations activities.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in both English and Chinese.

  • A proficient player in a networked organization who is also capable of taking initiative independently.

  • Amazing influencing and negotiation skills.
