The Coca-Cola Company Mechanical Engineer in Shanghai, China

Job duty​

  • Responsible for supporting maintenance personnel in mechanical aspects and guiding them to improve their maintenance skills. Participate in supporting complex equipment breakdown repair and mechanical overhaul projects 20%

  • Assist in setting up equipment BOM and Material BOM in SAP system 10%

  • Responsible for proposing improvement and maintenance projects for existing equipment and facilities to maintain the equipment in good running condition, thus achieving efficiency improvement or improvement in quality and safety performance, as well as energy saving 20%

  • As a member of TPM activities, responsible for training production personnel on equipment, led the dismantling activities through the introduction of equipment structure and principle, and participated in promoting the implementation of TPM 30%

  • Responsible for the annual cost forecast and planning of mechanical maintenance projects to ensure the effective maintenance of equipment and facilities 5%

  • Responsible for managing outsourcing service providers to make their work conform to the relevant regulations and requirements of the company 5%

  • Responsible for the equipment mechanical data management, to ensure the effective preservation and update of the new and old data, easy for maintenance personnel to consult 5%

  • Responsible for the establishment of equipment mechanical spare parts list and procurement of spare parts, assist the warehouse manager to complete spare parts inventory management, reduce maintenance costs through localization and maintenance of spare parts, participate in the inventory of spare parts warehouse 5%

  • Assist reliability engineers to analyse equipment failure causes and improvement measures to improve equipment utilization 5%

  • Assist project engineers to complete various major projects 5%

Qualification:

  • Major in electrical automation, mechatronics, etc., 10 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience in equipment maintenance and spare parts procurement

  • Proficient in CAD and other related drawing software

  • Master and use maintenance module of SAP system

  • Knowledge and practical experience with TPM

  • Understand EOSH and GMP requirements and apply them to the project
