The Coca-Cola Company Senior Manager, Brand Management, Tea in Tokyo, Japan

Job Description Summary:

  • Drive Green Tea Brand Strategy & Execution: Translate Green Tea brand equity building into the entire business uplift in Japan Market. Lead Green Tea growth to deliver short, mid, and long-term growth target by closely co-working with category leaders.

  • Lead brand marketing for Green Tea. Deliver Sales, Profit and Market share growth by establishing strong Brand Equity. This includes market landscape assessment, aggressive goal setting, robust strategy development and strong plan development and executions.

  • Lead portfolio expansion in Green Tea categories with strong brand marketing.

  • Responsible for coordinating and leading large and complex cross functional teams across the Coca-Cola Japan & Korea OU, Bottling partners and Global team.

  • Contribution for entire Green Tea team by capability development of brand managers and strong team building as a leader of brand managers.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Develop Strategic Business Plan and Annual Execution Business Plan for responsible product portfolio, to deliver sustainable value growth working with other senior brand managers and Category head / lead.

  • Compelling growth strategy development covering vision, positioning to growth paths, brand edge enhancement to expand user base, Innovation strategy and pipeline development

  • Solid initiatives planning and execution together with brand marketing calendar development (such as products, packages, communications and promotional activities)

  • Lead to work closely with large and complex cross functional teams across the Coca-Cola Japan & Korea OU and bottlers, and Global team.

  • Develop commercial execution plans by closely working with other function

  • Manage marketing communications plans by closely working with the team including agency partners

  • Brand business diagnosis and holistic analysis (consumer centric, both macro & market trends, competition, package/VIS, channels, customer) as well as to manage day to day performance tracking in profit and sales volume, and design brand research

  • Manage brand budget in alignment with brand strategy and productivity guidelines

  • Team capability development & solid team building

  • Global communication skill to participate in global community and good for importing and exporting winning case from/to other countries.

  • Full of curiosity to identify opportunity for growth by analyzing complex consumer & market data

  • Rich understanding of Coca-Cola business model (Both OU side and Bottler side)

  • Passion for learning Coca-Cola System business / value chain in Japan
