The Coca-Cola Company Senior Manager, Eating & Drinking Channel in Tokyo, Japan

Our vision is to 'Establish Eating & Drinking business as a recruitment channel across Coca-Cola portfolio with a profitable growth.' This role is responsible for driving an annual planning and execution for E&D channel, by collaborating with our Bottling Partners.

We are looking for the people who have a passion to accelerate the current business and challenge new opportunities in E&D world!

What You'll Do for Us

  • Support to develop E&D channel Long Range Plan(LRP)

  • Jointly consider new business opportunities like Innovation/OBPPC/Route to Market etc with KO system stakeholders

  • Support to develop Annual Businesas Plan(ABP)

  • Jointly consider the strategic direction and channel plans with KO system stakeholders

  • Lead to develop annual initiative calendar for E&D channel

  • Lead implementation of marketing initiatives to E&D channel, collaborating with Marketing team and Bottlers

  • Develop E&D channel promotions by reflecting Bottlers' requests

  • Lead to influence Bottlers (from operation to management level) to execute the plans & understand System financial implications of the initiatives

  • Lead to establish communication platform for E&D community across nation-wide Bottlers

  • Lead to create E&D channel performance dashboard and track it in a regular basis

  • Lead E&D budget management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: University/Bachelor's degree

  • Preferred 10+ years in Commercial or Marketing experience and Required at least +3 years in E&D Channel Planning

  • Effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills

  • Strategic thinking, financial acumen and analytical stills

  • Native Japanese and required Business English
