BODYARMOR is looking for an Associate Manager, Materials Planning to join our team.

We are looking to hire an organized and experienced Associate Manager of Materials Planning to supervise our materials and warehouse staff and manage our material resources. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that there is a steady flow of materials necessary for production, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and collaborating with the operations team to meet manufacturing goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee materials planning activities including demand forecasting, inventory control, and order scheduling.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and resolve any supply issues.

  • Collaborate with production and sales departments to anticipate needs and ensure the availability of materials for production.

  • Analyze and adjust inventory levels to align with production schedules, demand forecasts, and marketing plans.

  • Manage, train, and supervise materials planning team members.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain materials planning policies, procedures, and strategies.

  • Continuously monitor, track, and report material usage, availability, and storage.

  • Collaborate with management to regularly provide material planning input.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.

  • Participate in forecasting activities to predict and manage materials needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree required, degree focus in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in materials planning, inventory management, or similar roles required

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and order allocation.

  • Proficient in supply chain management software and data analysis tools.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.

  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and latest trends.
